Job Description for HR Profile

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive

Location: Noida sector 132

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 15k-20k

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team. The HR Executive/Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will contribute to organisational growth by fostering a positive work environment, managing recruitment and employee relations, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities: -

1)Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.

Develop effective onboarding programs to ensure the smooth integration of new hires.

Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.

2)Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

Foster a positive work environment by addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.

Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and satisfaction surveys.

3)Performance Management

Design and implement performance evaluation systems.

Assist managers in setting goals, reviewing employee performance, and providing feedback.

Monitor training and development needs to enhance employee skills.

4) Policy Development & Compliance

Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and organisational standards.

Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and leave management.

5) Payroll & Benefits Administration

Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.

Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.

6) Training & Development

Identify training needs and arrange relevant development programs.

Organise workshops, team-building activities, and leadership training sessions to enhance team collaboration and leadership development.

Required Skills and Qualifications: -

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree or HR certification preferred).

Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best HR practices.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
