The HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) role is a strategic position within the HR department that acts as a bridge between HR and business units. Instead of just focusing on administrative tasks, an HRBP works closely with leadership and managers to align HR strategies with business goals.Heres a breakdown of what an HRBP typically does:1. Strategic Partnering: Works with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and provides HR strategies to support them.2. Talent Management: Helps with workforce planning, recruitment strategies, succession planning, and performance management.3.
