Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist/Executive to manage HR operations for our India office. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, managing the employee lifecycle, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career to grow and make a tangible impact.

Job Location - Pune

Key Responsibilities

The following list provides a view of the kinds of activities that you will be undertaking:

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to retirement/offboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and files
Perform payroll activities as per requirement.
Manage employee benefits programs, including insurances, vendor co-ordination and timely renewals.
Organize employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
Implement HR policies, promote programs, and handle general HR/admin tasks.
Be the regional SPOC for all employee queries.
Coordinate with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure timely renewals.
Support recruitment processes, when needed.

Requirements

Masters degree in Human Resources (HR) or related field.
0 - 2 years of HR experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
