HR Executive (Immediate Joiners – WFO Hyderabad)

This role is central to ensuring Flashoot continues to scale with a strong, motivated, and high-performing team. You’ll be the go-to person for employees, fostering a positive environment where creativity and collaboration thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Handle payroll, HR operations, and employee records efficiently
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries
• Support leadership in driving HR policies and organizational growth strategies
• Contribute to building a creative, dynamic, and people-first workplace

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of proven HR experience (startup/creative industry experience is a plus)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with people-first approach
• Proficiency in HR management tools and systems
• Knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance
• Fluency in

  English, Hindi, and Telugu

  is mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Positive, approachable personality with a growth mindset
