Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day HR operations for the factory, including employee on boarding, documentation, and record maintenance.
· Maintain up-to-date statutory records, registers, and returns as per labour law requirements (Factories Act, ESI, PF, Gratuity, etc.).
· Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws, company policies, and government regulations across all HR processes.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to prepare for and support statutory, labor, and compliance audits.
· Monitor contractor workforce compliance, including contract labour license validity, wage payments, and related documentation.
· Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.
· Support the implementation of HR initiatives at the plant level, including employee engagement and grievance redressal.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· 6 Months to 1 year of experience in HR operations within a manufacturing or industrial plant setup.
· Thorough understanding of labour laws and factory compliance requirements.
· Familiarity with statutory returns (PF, ESIC, etc.) and maintenance of compliance registers.
· Experience with HRMS platforms and strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
· Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
