Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation. Handle payroll preparation, ESI & PF compliance, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with department heads to plan and fulfill manpower needs. Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management (onboarding to exit). Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives. Support HR policies, training, and grievance handling. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment. Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field. Strong knowledge of ESI, PF, and statutory compliances. Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.). Familiarity with HRMS/payroll systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
