Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of human resource management within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Onboarding: - Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves job posting, screening, interviews, and making offers to potential candidates. - Organizing and conducting new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employee Relations: - Acting as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. - Fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Attendance & Leave Management: - Monitoring daily attendance, leaves, late marks, and absenteeism. - Maintaining records and generating attendance reports for management review. Compliance & Documentation: - Managing employee records, files, and HR databases (both physical and digital). - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate legal risks. Performance Management: - Assisting managers in conducting employee evaluations and performance appraisals. - Supporting in goal-setting and performance improvement plans for employees. Training & Development: - Identifying training needs in consultation with departments and coordinating employee training programs. - Tracking and monitoring employee development initiatives to enhance overall skill sets. HR Policies Implementation: - Communicating HR policies and procedures to employees effectively. - Ensuring policy adherence and recommending improvements when necessary. Exit Formalities: - Conducting exit interviews and managing the offboarding process for departing employees. - Handling final settlement processes and documentation requirements. Reports & HR Metrics: - Compiling reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and hiring statistics. - Sharing regular updates and insights with the management team for strategic decision-making. Additionally, this role offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule includes day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts. Performance and yearly bonuses may also be available based on individual and company performance. This position requires in-person work at the specified location.
