HR Executive

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of human resource management within the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Onboarding: - Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process, which involves job posting, screening, interviews, and making offers to potential candidates. - Organizing and conducting new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Employee Relations: - Acting as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution. - Fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Attendance & Leave Management: - Monitoring daily attendance, leaves, late marks, and absenteeism. - Maintaining records and generating attendance reports for management review. Compliance & Documentation: - Managing employee records, files, and HR databases (both physical and digital). - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate legal risks. Performance Management: - Assisting managers in conducting employee evaluations and performance appraisals. - Supporting in goal-setting and performance improvement plans for employees. Training & Development: - Identifying training needs in consultation with departments and coordinating employee training programs. - Tracking and monitoring employee development initiatives to enhance overall skill sets. HR Policies Implementation: - Communicating HR policies and procedures to employees effectively. - Ensuring policy adherence and recommending improvements when necessary. Exit Formalities: - Conducting exit interviews and managing the offboarding process for departing employees. - Handling final settlement processes and documentation requirements. Reports & HR Metrics: - Compiling reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and hiring statistics. - Sharing regular updates and insights with the management team for strategic decision-making.
