Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
: job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with candidates.
Oversee
onboarding & induction programs
for new hires.
Maintain
employee records, HR databases, and compliance documentation
.
Plan and execute
employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives
.
Support
performance management and training programs
.
Assist in preparing HR reports and handling day-to-day HR operations.
Collaborate with leadership to implement HR best practices.

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong interest can apply).
Excellent communication skills in
Telugu, English, and Hindi
.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
Enthusiasm for working in a
