Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and selection: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.) in HRIS or manual systems.
Administer HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with company rules and labor laws.
Support payroll processing and maintain related documentation.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide timely resolution.
Assist with training & development programs, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes.
Prepare HR-related reports and assist in audits.
Coordinate exit formalities and maintain records of separated employees.
Promote a healthy, safe, and inclusive work environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with internships may also apply, if relevant).
Good understanding of HR processes, Indian labor laws, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
