Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and versatile HR Executive (Generalist) to manage a broad range of HR functions across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, support strategic initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. This is a dynamic role suitable for someone who enjoys working across recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, scheduling, and offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain job descriptions and assist with manpower planning.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate employee feedback, surveys, and action planning.

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS systems.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Ensure timely processing of employee letters (e.g., experience, increment, warning).

4. Performance Management

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Support probation evaluation and confirmation processes.
  • Track KPIs and ensure timely feedback cycles.

5. Learning & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain L&D records.

6. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Support internal audits and HR documentation.
  • Monitor and update HR policies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 6 months - 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or Executive role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Timings : 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM

Working days : Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
