Job Title:

HR Executive / HR Generalist

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (Onsite)

Shift: Day Shift | 5 Days

Working Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in any HR domain

- Salary: Up to ₹30,000

- Immediate Joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities – HR Generalist

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
• Employee Engagement & Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Handle grievance redressal with fairness and confidentiality.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support audits and documentation for HR processes.
• Performance Management
• Coordinate appraisal cycles, goal-setting, and performance reviews.
• Support managers in providing feedback and employee development planning.
• Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
• Manage employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records.
• Training & Development
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions.
• Support continuous skill development initiatives.
• HR Policy & Process Improvement
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
