Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Executive / HR Executive – Generalist

Department: Human Resources

Location: A-43 Naraina Industrial Are Phase 2 Delhi-110028

Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities.
  • Handle employee grievances professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and feedback mechanism.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.
  • Process payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, benefits, etc.) and coordinate with finance.
  • Handle exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards regularly.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
