About the Role:

Seeking a motivated HR Executive (Generalist) with strong communication skills and interest in all core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management

• Collect and verify monthly attendance and leave data.
• Coordinate with the payroll team/vendor to ensure accurate salary processing.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure statutory compliance.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source and screen candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding procedures.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

• Maintain HRMS and employee records/documentation.
• Assist in executing engagement activities and HR initiatives.
• Address day-to-day employee queries.

Policy & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
• Support in preparing HR reports and compliance documentation.

Training & Development

• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training-related data.

Educational Qualification:

• MCA or M.Sc. Computer Science

Required Skills:

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and payroll processes.
• Good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
