Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in implementing HR initiatives, managing recruitment, and supporting a healthy workplace culture. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-oriented, and capable of handling day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding). Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding and induction programs. Manage HRMS and employee databases with accuracy. Support payroll processing and leave management. Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in performance management processes and periodic employee evaluations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in the IT industry). Good understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Preferred Qualifications Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
