Job Description

We are seeking a Telecaller cum Computer Operator to handle inbound/outbound calls and perform basic data entry and computer-related tasks. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, have good communication skills, and be comfortable using computers. Key Responsibilities: Make and receive customer calls professionally Provide information and explain services or products Maintain call records and update data in the system Perform basic computer tasks such as data entry, emailing, and document preparation Requirements: Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet) Polite and customer-friendly attitude Ability to work 6 days a week
