Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring timely compliance with ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements, and supporting HR operational processes. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of HR experience, particularly in compliance and record-keeping. Knowledge of labor laws, ESI, PF, and payroll procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Experience using HRMS/payroll software. Knowledge of Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act (if applicable). Basic understanding of compensation & benefits management. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
