Job Summary

Code Guardian Tech International Private Limited is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records
• Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Support HR operations such as attendance tracking, documentation, and employee records
• Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR communications
• Support employee engagement activities and internal coordination
• Help in compliance with company HR policies and procedures

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment lifecycle
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

• Internship or training in HR or recruitment (added advantage)
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn
• Interest in IT recruitment and technical hiring
