HR Executive

You will be joining FinnovationZ, a fast-growing fintech education company dedicated to transforming financial literacy and awareness in India. As an HR Executive at our Malkapur office, your role will involve supporting daily HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment activities, and policy compliance. Additionally, you will be expected to visit our Pune office once a month for coordination and team alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Handling end-to-end recruitment for various roles including screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding processes. - Maintaining and updating employee records using HRMS, Excel, and documentation. - Coordinating training & development initiatives. - Managing employee engagement and grievance redressal. - Supporting performance appraisal processes. - Ensuring adherence to HR policies and updating them in alignment with compliance standards. - Preparing HR reports and MIS as required. - Liaising with the Pune team monthly for HR coordination and alignment. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 12 years of experience in HR generalist or executive roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools. - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care. - Willingness to travel to the Pune office once a month.
