Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Madurai
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Take Home)
Experience: 3 Years In HR Executive
Industry: Food Processing preferably /Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Assist in payroll processing and basic HR documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related activities and employee engagement.
• Handle grievance management and resolve employee issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure proper induction and training coordination for new joiners.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Support administrative and office tasks when required.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to HR metrics and recruitment status.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of recruitment and basic HR functions
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle employee records and maintain confidentiality
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Any Degree (BBA/MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years (in HR/Admin/Back Office or any relevant field)
• Gender: Female Candidates Only
• Language: Tamil fluency required; basic English preferred
