Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and enhance our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Conduct background checks and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.
• Employee Relations & Engagement:
• Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
• Promote a healthy work environment through engagement programs.
• Facilitate training and development initiatives.
• HR Operations & Compliance:
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
• Performance Management & Development:
• Oversee performance appraisal processes.
• Identify training needs and arrange development programs.
• Implement career growth strategies for employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• minimum 6 month of experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
