Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting the human resources department, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork, and training.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and maintaining performance records.
  • Support managers in addressing performance-related issues and providing feedback.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training programs and track employee development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
