Job Description

Our client based at Vile Parle specializes in exquisite lab-grown diamond jewellery & caters to the wholesale market. They are committed to ethical luxuries & their range showcases the versatility of lab-grown diamonds, graded on the 4C’s.Position OverviewThe HR Generalist serves as a key business partner to management and employees, providing comprehensive human resources support across the company..Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across various departments
  • Coordinate interview processes and facilitate hiring decisions

Employee Relations

  • Serve as first point of contact for employee questions and concerns
  • Investigate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
  • Support performance improvement processes
  • Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication

Time Attendance & Payroll

  • Supporting monthly payroll along processing along with maintaining of leave records for staff.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities

Pms

  • Helping in setting KPIs, monitoring their performance, regular feedback so that the productivity of the staff improves.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems
  • Generate HR reports and metrics for management
  • Process employment verifications and documentation

Education

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Experience

  • 2-4 years of HR experience in handling HR Generalist profile & candidates residing in western suburbs are preferred as job location is Vile Parle
  • Monthly salary offered is between 25000 to 30000 per month.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in HRMS Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
