We are looking for a proactive and dedicated HR Executive to join our growing team and manage our company’s human resource operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination and HR documentation.
• Conduct induction, training coordination and employee engagement activities.
• Assist management in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and handle employee queries.
• Support in maintaining a positive work culture and ensuring compliance with HR laws and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1–4 years as an HR Executive, preferably in the IT or software industry.
• Good understanding of recruitment tools, HR processes and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
