Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide software Support and training to customers on calls
  • Should be able to answer calls timely ensuring adherence to the process standards
  • Attend incoming customer calls and take appropriate action to resolve users query
  • Should be able to respond to the customer in an excellent professional manner.
  • Must have the ability to effectively resolve software users query
  • Build and promote strong and long-lasting relationship with clients
  • Attend calls and provide software solution
  • Follow up customer calls wherever is necessary
  • Financial & Taxation Knowledge will be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrate commitment and passion for resolving customer issues
  • Candidate should be Graduate with sound Computer knowledge.
  • Good Communication skill.
  • Candidates willing to work at Ahmedabad location only apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
