Job Description

You will be the HR Executive responsible for recruitment in the education sector. Your main focus will be sourcing, screening, and hiring teachers and staff for schools and educational institutions. - Conduct end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions. - Create job descriptions, post openings on different platforms, and manage applications effectively. - Carry out telephonic and face-to-face interviews. - Assist in training and development programs. - Maintain recruitment MIS and generate reports accurately. - A degree in HR or a related field at the graduate or postgraduate level. - Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the education sector. - Strong communication and coordination abilities. - Capable of working efficiently under deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
