Role Description

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for Datrix IT Services. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting talent, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting staff with HR-related inquiries. The HR Executive will also contribute to policy development, compliance initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle employee relations and foster a collaborative work environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in IT or technology-related industries is a plus
