👩‍💼 Hiring: HR Executive – CYMS Ventures LLP (Restaurant Division)Location: Bangalore, Hennur Company: CYMS Ventures LLP (Glens, Table of Tales, Suku) Industry: Hospitality / Fine Dining Restaurants Experience Required: 2–4 years in HR & Statutory Compliance Employment Type: Full-time 💼 Job Role: HR Executive (with Compliance & Payroll Experience)Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations for restaurant units (attendance, payroll, compliance). Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other statutory compliance activities. Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and shift records accurately. Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely and error-free disbursement. Coordinate with unit managers for staff recruitment, onboarding, and documentation. Maintain employee personnel files and HR MIS reports. Support performance management, increment, and recognition processes. Manage staff welfare programs, training coordination, and employee engagement. Liaise with auditors and government departments for statutory returns and inspections. Ensure all HR processes comply with labour laws and company policies. 📋 Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR / Commerce / Business Administration). Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, Payroll, and Labour Law compliance. Experience using attendance management and payroll software (Excel proficiency mandatory). Good communication and coordination skills. Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.
