Job Summary: We are looking for a Staff Food Cook responsible for preparing and serving hygienic, nutritious, and tasty meals (Lunch & Dinner) for approximately 80 employees daily. The candidate must maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality, and portion control while ensuring meals are served on time. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily Lunch and Dinner for around 80 staff members as per the planned menu. Ensure taste, hygiene, and consistency in all meals prepared. Plan and coordinate with the Store and HR/Admin teams for daily ingredient requirements. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the staff kitchen and dining area. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for all perishable and dry items. Control food wastage and portion size effectively. Assist in menu planning based on employee preferences and nutritional balance. Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance needs. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and safety protocols as per company policy. Support in monthly inventory checks and report stock usage. Requirements: Proven experience as a Cook / Staff Canteen Cook / Mess Cook (preferably in hotels, restaurants, or industrial kitchens). Ability to cook both Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals. Good understanding of basic nutrition, hygiene, and food safety standards. Able to handle bulk cooking efficiently. Time management and multitasking skills are essential. Flexible, reliable, and able to work in a team environment. Working Hours:Two meal services daily (Lunch & Dinner) as per staff shift schedule. Weekly off as per management decision.
