Job Description

To manage and execute day-to-day HR operations for the Chandigarh office, covering recruitment, onboarding, attendance/leave management, payroll inputs, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and exit formalities. Key Responsibilities1 Recruitment for functions like Accounts, Sales, E-commerce, Marketing, Admin, etc. Manage interview scheduling, offer letters, joining formalities, and induction. Maintain probation & confirmation records. Attendance & Leave Management Track and process CL/SL/EL/WFH applications in line with company policy. Support compliance with PF/ESI/Bonus/Gratuity and Shops & Establishments regulations (Chandigarh UT). Employee Records & Documentation Ensure employee personal files are updated and compliant. Employee Engagement & Culture 7. Exit Formalities : Manage resignation acceptance, handover process, and clearance. Coordinate with Accounts for full & final settlement. Conduct exit interviews and prepare attrition analysis. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly/monthly HR MIS on headcount, attendance, recruitment, engagement, and compliance trackers.
