Job Description

As an HR Executive at BOT VFX, a post-production services company with global clients, your role will involve various responsibilities related to talent acquisition, talent management, and talent engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition: - Fulfilling recruitment requirements through various channels such as social media, campaigns, walk-ins, job portals, mail-chimp, internal referrals, institute connects, alumni connects, consultants, and the company website. - Sourcing new talent through platforms like Jobsoid, emails, and employee referrals. - Conducting interviews via telephonic, Skype, and face-to-face interactions, along with technical tests and final HR rounds. - Handling offer closures, including offer negotiation, acceptance, document verification, and sending offer letters. - Preboarding activities like machine requisition, space allocation, IT-HOD-Production-Core-Admin intimation, employee file generation, and handover to the team manager. - Talent Management: - Onboarding new employees by completing formalities, conducting induction, collecting necessary documents, setting up ESS accounts/biometrics, providing department introductions, training, and managing databases. - Managing employee files which include resumes, KYC documents, educational and previous company details, appraisals, checklists, proof of verifications, and access policies. - Handling the appraisal process, formalities from consultants to employees, performance feedback, confirmation of employment, PF/ESI, NDAs, and other related tasks. - Managing ESS functions like leave management and attendance. - Conducting exit processes when necessary. - Talent Engagement: - Providing training sessions, conducting potential analyses, creating growth plans, and offering training opportunities. - Handling suggestions, grievance counseling, club activities, and rewards & recognition programs. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources. - Educational qualification of MBA/MSW from a Management school is preferred. - Expertise in IT industry recruitment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in people management. - Strong conflict management and resolution skills. - Willingness to travel for official purposes if required.,
