Employee Records & DocumentationMaintaining employee files (attendance, ID proofs, contracts) Managing HR registers and records Updating employee database 3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll SupportTracking attendance and leave records Coordinating with accounts for salary processing Maintaining PF, ESIC, and other compliance records (if applicable) 4. HR Policies & ComplianceEnsuring employees follow HR policies and code of conduct Supporting statutory compliance and audits Assisting in labour law and NGO compliance documentation 5. Employee Engagement & SupportAddressing employee queries and concerns Supporting performance reviews and appraisals Coordinating trainings, meetings, and internal communication 6. Exit & Final SettlementHandling resignation process and exit interviews Full & final settlement coordination Maintaining exit records
