Job SummaryThe Telecaller will be responsible for contacting donors, beneficiaries, volunteers, parents, and partners to provide information about the NGO’s programs, create awareness, collect feedback, and support fundraising and outreach activities. Key Responsibilities1. Fundraising & Donor CommunicationCall potential and existing donors to explain NGO projects and impact Request donations and follow up on pledges Maintain donor call records and feedback 2. Program Awareness & OutreachInform beneficiaries and communities about NGO programs Support event registrations, campaigns, and CSR activities Coordinate with field staff for follow-ups 3. Beneficiary & Parent SupportCommunicate with parents/guardians regarding child programs Share updates, meeting information, and requirements Handle basic queries and concerns politely 4. Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate call data and daily call reports Update CRM or manual registers Share feedback and issues with the management team 5. Coordination & ComplianceFollow NGO communication guidelines and ethical standards Ensure respectful and transparent communication Maintain confidentiality of donor and beneficiary data Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and/or English Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling software, CRM) Polite, patient, and persuasive communication style Experience in NGO / fundraising / telecalling preferred
