Role 1: HR ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update HR records, policies, and documentation.
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and performance evaluations.
• Handle payroll support, attendance, and leave records.
• Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plus.

Role 2: HR InternKey Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain HR records and employee databases.
• Help with organizing events and engagement activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and tools.
