Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    – sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  • Handle

    employee onboarding and induction programs

    to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Drive

    employee engagement initiatives

    to boost morale, retention, and performance.
  • Prepare, update, and implement

    HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines

    in line with industry practices.
  • Maintain and track

    employee records, attendance, and leave management systems

    .
  • Coordinate with the

    finance team

    for payroll processing, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage

    vendor relationships

    , including contract handling and compliance.
  • Support in

    performance management processes

    , employee appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Oversee

    exit formalities
