Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive at Auxray Energy Pvt Ltd, a provider of Solar Energy Solutions in Bhimavaram, Eluru, or Tadepalligudem, you will play a crucial role in making clean, renewable solar power accessible to homes and businesses in Andhra Pradesh. Your primary responsibility will be to represent the company, establish trust, raise awareness, and finalize deals directly with customers within your designated region. Your tasks will involve actively visiting markets, residential neighborhoods, and commercial establishments to generate new leads, engaging with customers in person to explain solar solutions and address their inquiries, conducting on-site assessments for technical evaluation, collaborating with the technical and operations team to develop customized proposals, meeting monthly targets to contribute to the company's sustainable growth, maintaining detailed records of daily visits, and updating the manager on your progress. The ideal candidate for this role would possess a bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory), exhibit strong communication skills in Telugu and basic English, feel comfortable with face-to-face client interactions and door-to-door visits, have a positive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset, own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license, and ideally have prior sales experience, especially in the solar or renewable energy sector.
