Role: Sales Manager

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the field sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for business growth in the Eluru region.
Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure target achievements.
Coordinate with the operations team for seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy or solar sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Strong knowledge of the local market (Eluru & surrounding areas).
