About Auxray Energy

Field Sales Executive

Your Role in the Field

Actively visit markets, residential areas, and businesses to
generate new leads
.
Meet customers face-to-face, explain
solar solutions
, and answer queries.
Conduct
site visits
for technical evaluation.
Coordinate with the technical & operations team to provide
custom proposals
.
Achieve monthly targets
and help the company grow sustainably.
Keep detailed records of daily visits and report progress to the manager.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication skills in
Telugu
and basic English.
Comfortable with
door-to-door and on-field client interactions
.
Positive, self-driven, and target-focused mindset.
Must own a
two-wheeler
with valid driving license.
Prior sales experience (especially in solar/renewable energy) is an advantage.
