Drive sales of the dental implant portfolio in the assigned territory.
Build and manage relationships with implantologists, prosthodontists, and key dental practitioners.
Conduct product presentations, chair-side support, and case demonstrations where required.
Identify, onboard, and manage distributors/stockists for implants. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Expand market reach by engaging new doctors and increasing usage among existing customers.
Provide market intelligence (competitor activity, customer needs, pricing feedback) to management.
Conduct & participate in training programs, workshops, and scientific events to enhance knowledge and brand presence.
Bachelor in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field. . Strong understanding of dental implant procedures and ability to engage clinically with doctors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Sales achievement vs. target (monthly & quarterly).
Number of new doctors engaged and activated.
Growth in business from existing customers.
Distributor performance & secondary sales Frequency of case support/doctor visits per month.
