HR Executive

As a Human Resources (HR) Officer, you will play a key role in our team by supporting various HR practices and processes. Your responsibilities will include assisting in talent acquisition, conducting employee onboarding, providing HR-related support to employees, promoting HR programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. You will be involved in recruitment processes, organizing training & development initiatives, resolving employee issues, and implementing human resource policies. Additionally, you will gather and analyze HR metrics, maintain employee records, and uphold labor regulations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience as an HR Coordinator or in a relevant HR/administrative position is preferred. Understanding of labor laws, proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. Preferred qualifications include certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) and experience in a specific industry field such as healthcare, tech, or manufacturing. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring in-person work at our location. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication in the workplace.,
