HR Executive

Location-Iskon Ambli Road, Ahmedabad. Working Days- Monday - Friday. Skills required. A minimum 3+ years of experience in Recruitment & Operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English required. Familiarity with industry-specific best recruitment practices. Capable of multitasking & managing priorities. Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing strategies Proficient in managing hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala , etc. Solid understanding of HR policies , employee documentation, leave management, and exit formalities. Experience with HR tools like Odoo or Keka . Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism. Responsibilities: Connect with multiple departments to understand hiring needs and assist them in talent development. Manage recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and closures. Draft and post jobs on platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, and Internshala. Conduct interviews across multiple levels— junior, mid-level, and executive roles Maintain & update HR Database & solve queries from employees. Assist in performance management, probation reviews, and appraisal cycles. Plan & execute employee engagement activities, events & festival celebration Conduct exit interviews and analyze reason for attrition. Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related data and information.
