Position: HR- Executive

Location: Chennai- Koyambedu

Industry: Outsourcing (KPO)

Reports to: HR Head / CEO

Role Summary

The HRperson Main portfolio will be, Talent Acquisition, implementing employee policies, and enhancing organizational culture within the Policy setting. This role requires a deep understanding of Accounts Outsourcing industry dynamics, talent management, and employee engagement, helping to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

 Talent Acquisition & Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage recruitment efforts to attract, screen, and hire top talent. o Oversee on boarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

 EmployeeRelations: Actasaprimarycontact for employee concerns, providing resolution and advice on issues to support employee satisfaction and engagement. o Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess job satisfaction, address grievances, and provide conflict resolution.

 Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes to evaluate and improve employee performance. o Assist managers in setting clear performance objectives and providing feedback to employees regularly.

 Learning &Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and engagement. o Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and development programs specific to Overseas accounts demands.

 HRPolicyImplementation: Ensure HRpolicies are up-to-date, effectively communicated, and aligned with organizational goals. o Enforce compliance with company policies, and industry standards.

 EmployeeEngagement &Retention: Driveemployee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and reduce turnover. o Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on feedback.

 Data&Reporting: Maintain HR records, analyse HR metrics, and prepare reports to provide insights to the leadership team. o Usedatato support decision-making and strategic HR initiatives. Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;

 2-5years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a Recruitment role.

 Strong knowledge of HR practices.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully.

 Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
