Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including interview coordination, candidate screening, probation reviews, personal training (PT) hiring, onboarding, HR pulse check calls, managing POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training activities, and Zoom call management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, strong problemsolving skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure a seamless and efficient HR process. Responsibilities: 1. Nutrition & Fitness (NF) and Personal Training (PT) Coach Hiring o Manage the end-to-end hiring process for Nutrition & Fitness (NF) Scholars and Personal Training (PT) Coaches. o Screen CVs, conduct initial communication and eligibility checks, and coordinate technical and final interviews. o Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions and deliver a strong candidate experience. o Maintain structured records of hiring status, feedback, and selection outcomes. 2. Onboarding and Induction Management for NF and PT Coaches o Manage the complete onboarding journey for newly hired NF and PT coaches. o Facilitate documentation, orientation sessions, system access, and role-specific training programs. o Ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to active contribution in their respective functions. 3. HR Pulse Check Initiatives o Conduct regular pulse check calls with newly onboarded and entrylevel NF and PT coaches. o Capture feedback, identify early engagement challenges, and escalate critical concerns to HR leadership. o Prepare and share actionable insights to continuously enhance the coach experience and retention. 4. POSH Training Administration o Coordinate and administer Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) training programs for employees, NF Scholars, and PT Coaches. o Maintain updated POSH training records and support necessary reporting or case handling if required. 5. Data Management and Record Keeping o Handle all employee, coach, and recruitment data with the highest level of care and confidentiality. o Maintain accurate and updated records across recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, attendance, and training. o Ensure data security practices are followed, and sensitive information is managed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. 6. Recruitment Support and Interview Coordination (Non-Coach Roles) o Screen CVs received from agencies, direct applications, and LinkedIn for non-coaching positions. o Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and shortlist profiles. o Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups. o Track interview progress and maintain up-to-date candidate evaluation records. 7. Probation Review Management o Manage the probation review process for employees completing their probationary periods. o Collect and consolidate feedback from reporting managers. o Communicate probation outcomes to employees in coordination with the HR team and maintain detailed probation records. 8. Office Administration and Attendance Management o Oversee office administrative activities, day-to-day operational support as and when required. o Ensure timely upkeep of employee data and support general office management requirements. o Coordinate logistical support for meetings, training sessions, and internal events as required. Required Skills and Attributes: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • High attention to detail with a proactive approach to managing timelines and deliverables. • Familiarity with HR policies, recruitment processes, onboarding, and compliance frameworks. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 24 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration roles. • Prior exposure to hiring in the fitness, wellness, or training sectors will be an advantage. Requirements: • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 2-3 years of proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, • onboarding, and employee relations. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with ease. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Familiarity with MS Office/Gmail
