Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates effectively.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruitment records and dashboards.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires including documentation, induction, and orientation.
  • Manage exit formalities and exit interviews professionally.
  • Update HR systems and maintain compliance during onboarding/offboarding.

HR Operations & Attendance:

  • Track and manage employee attendance, leaves, and related records.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance and HR data.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and HR compliance.

Doctor Onboarding:

  • Handle documentation, verification, and credentialing for doctors.
  • Coordinate doctor induction and orientation sessions.
  • Support doctors with HR-related queries during their tenure.

General HR Support:

  • Assist HR Manager in daily operations and special projects.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between employees and management.
