Job Title:

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in HR recruitment, with a proactive approach to people management and organizational support. Preferably Male Candidate.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Assist in payroll processing and leave management.
Handle employee engagement initiatives and grievance redressal.
Support performance management processes.
Coordinate with internal teams for HR policies, compliance, and administration.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of HR processes (Recruitment)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
