We are committed to innovation, transparency, and client satisfaction across all our operations. Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and general HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes. Assist with payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Support in policy implementation and ensure adherence to HR best practices. Address employee queries and provide administrative support as needed. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience. Good understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
