Job Description

Supporting HRBP.

Accuracy and maintenance of Driver records in HRIS.

Maintain and update employee files, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Support in administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, etc.

Coordinate Drivers approvals and ensure that documented records are properly updated.

Support in ensuring employees understand and correctly utilize benefits available to them.

Help prepare and update compliance activities and other documentation as required.

Help in organizing employee engagement activities, including events, celebrations, or team-building exercises.

Handle daily administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing HR office supplies.

Support the HR team in organizing internal HR events, trainings, and workshops.

Managing office facilities, vendor management and provide administrative support to the HR team across various ongoing projects.

Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related inquiries.
