Maintaining fleet attendance and accounting specifications of whole fleet assigned in the Zone. Manage and supervise fleet operations like vehicle periodical planned and unplanned maintenance, fuel, spares and fleet safety. Oversee repairs & servicing and ensure its in a timely & cost effective manner. Optimize fleet fuel consumption to reduce expenses and lower the carbon footprint. Handling Fleet lifecycle management & engineering side of the vehicle. Optimize fleet utilization, tracking, leasing, scheduling & JMP. Provide drivers with guidance for support during breakdowns on the route. Design and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure continuous fleet availability for business operations. Selection of Drivers through Field Vehicle Driving assessment Training and Development of New and Existing Drivers, ensuring they are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge on vehicle management. Ensuring Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance related to the Drivers. Provide class room training and hands on instruction to new drivers on the essential skills such as vehicle operation, driving techniques and proper load handling.
