Maintaining fleet attendance and accounting specifications of whole fleet assigned in the Zone. Manage and supervise fleet operations like vehicle periodical planned and unplanned maintenance, fuel, spares and fleet safety. Oversee repairs & servicing and ensure its in a timely & cost effective manner. Optimize fleet fuel consumption to reduce expenses and lower the carbon footprint. Handling Fleet lifecycle management & engineering side of the vehicle. Optimize fleet utilization, tracking, leasing, scheduling & JMP. Provide drivers with guidance for support during breakdowns on the route. Design and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure continuous fleet availability for business operations. Maintain regulatory compliance and IR & PR with government officials. Available almost every time for any maintenance-related quarries and resolving the same by coordination with workshops and drivers. Maintain familiarity with new technologies achieving business goals and customer expectations. Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders. Have to manage minimum 50 Vehicles self-directed.
