Executive - Command Centre

Job Description

1. Telematics System Management: Monitor and operate the company's telematics systems to track and report vehicle movements and performance. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of telematics hardware and software. Generate telematics reports and insights for fleet performance, route optimization, fuel consumption, and vehicle health. 2. Operational Support: Assist the command centre team in managing daily operations and incident response. Ensure smooth communication with drivers, service providers, and other stakeholders through the command centre. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from telematics systems, generating insights for operations and fleet management. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership review. Monitor fleet utilization and operational metrics, identifying trends and areas for efficiency improvement. 4. Support in Digital Transformation: Assist in the implementation of automation tools and digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving fleet operations. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate telematics and operational systems with the companys digital platforms. 5. Cyber security and Data Privacy: Support in enforcing cybersecurity measures to protect telematics data and operational systems. Assist in ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations related to vehicle tracking and operational data. 6. Command Centre Enhancement: Provide input to optimize the current command centre systems, suggesting improvements for more efficient fleet tracking. Assist in the testing and deployment of new technologies or system upgrades. 7. Customer Support: Collaborate with customers or internal teams to resolve telematics-related inquiries and operational issues. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding the performance of the telematics systems.
