Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Performance Management:

    Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring fair and timely evaluations aligned with company objectives.
  • Employee Engagement:

    Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee morale, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.
  • Grievance Handling:

    Address employee grievances effectively, ensuring a fair and unbiased resolution process.
  • Training & Development:

    Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Industrial Relations & Labour Laws:

    Ensure compliance with

    industrial relations practices

    and

    labour laws

    , including handling legal documentation, audits, and dispute resolution.
  • Policy Implementation:

    Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational goals.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting:

    Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and track HR metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with management and department heads to support business objectives and improve HR processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience

    in handling diverse HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Industrial Relations

    and

    Labour Laws

    (including compliance with statutory requirements).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and data management systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in

    Human Resources Management

    ,

    Business Administration

    , or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in

    Labour Law

    ,

    Industrial Relations

    , or

    HR Management

    are preferred.
